In the end of June last month I was a keynote speaker at FIS Global Banking Perspectives in Vienna. I spoke about how banks can embrace the digital revolution and why they need to apply a Digilogue strategy.
During the event I focused on three disruptive trends that will impact the banking industry into the future. The first trend I focused on was how the changing lifestyle and values among Millennials is disrupting the business landscape. According to Millennial Disruption Index, banks is at the highest risk of disruption. Secondly I talked about how the mobilisation is enabling customers and clients to do their banking in a whole new way. And thirdly I argued why banks need to apply the concept of Digilogue and create a more seamless customer experience.
